Kivrin and I watched the Illinois-Wisconsin football game on Saturday. Even though she wore her Illinois onesie from Papa Staley and cheered her loudest, the Illini just couldn’t outscore Wisconsin in the second half.

- March 14, 2009--St. Pat's ParadeOne Saturday while I was working, Aaron took the girls downtown to see the St. Patrick's Day Parade. They both seemed to enjoy it and have been playing with the beaded necklaces they received ever since. Addison loves looking at all the balloons!

I thought having 2 Staley kiddies cheering I-L-L would make a difference for our blue and orange!! 😦 Guess we’ll have to teach them to chant even LOUDER!!

I know, right, I mean what more do they want from their alumni than that we dress our kids in the school colors and teach them about football? I admit though, kivrin already knows about as much as I do!!
